We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax, fill in forms and receive the most of your time with us. Arriving late will unfortunately limit your treatment time.

A deposit of 50 percent is required at time of booking.

• • 48-hour notice: Essential for avoiding cancellation fees. 
  • 50% cancellation fee: Applies for less than 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. You may send another person to your scheduled appointment if you are unable to attend. 
  • Full charge: If you miss your appointment without notice.

Gift vouchers that state a treatment or package are honoured for the treatment or package for one year from date of purchase, after one year all gift vouchers revert to the original purchased dollar value for the following two years. Total 3 years.

Gift vouchers valid for 3 years, promotional vouchers for 1 year and not valid sundays or public holidays. Not valid after expiry date.
