Anxiety information evening
Do you or someone you know live with anxiety? The rapid increase in anxiety experienced amongst our population from adolescents to mature adults continues to rise rapidly.
We would like to share our knowledge with you regarding tips and tricks you may not be familiar with or want to know more about regarding living with anxiety. Our goal is to assist in empowering yourself and those around you, to reduce both signs and symptoms of anxiety, allowing you to take the steps to a positive future self and living a functional life.
Exercise physiologist Tara will explore sleep, mindfulness and diet.
Holistic Practitioner Stacey will explore the fundamentals of your energy and what is happening within. Stacey will assist with practical applications to aid in managing both signs and symptoms of anxiety.
