This 1 day retreat will be held at our day spa in Loft in the Mill in Olinda. This one day retreat is for busy mums in need of some nourishing, rest and restoring.

The day includes:

• Day Spa 1 hour relaxation massage and a 1 hour hydrating, pampering facial – 2 hours
• Retreat workshop – 2 hours
• Re-attuning back to self with some tips on diet and hydration. Self care, what it is?
• Finding happiness, do you know how to find the GEM’s throughout your day.
• Lunch at Olinda Cafe

9:45am for a 10am start until 3pm
