- 1.5 hour relaxing energy massage in our day spa, designed to work on energy points on the body to allow your energy to flow, align and centre.
15 min rest in-between.
- 1.25 hour Workshop/ Healing Session.
Gratitude and why it’s important, mindfulness, meditation, crystal attunement, opening inner dimensions to self for self discovery and healing. Hands on attunement to release blockages and alignment to high self.
Day Spa Packages will be in a shared spa room of 2-3 people.
