We are constantly giving or trading our energy fields throughout the day, at the end usually exhausted or even all day exhausted!
Aura hygiene includes reseting and recalling your fields back to yourself. Clients, family, friends, trauma, chemicals, fear, energy leaks, people/places can suck and drain your energy.

How the Sprays are made and how to use them.
Whilst in a meditative state, Stacey combines her skills of over 20 years in the healing arts, to embody the water with the healing elements. Through crystals, aromatherpay, sound, reiki, symbols. Leaving it then to sit overnight to allow the patterns to embody into the water, before bottling the spray.
Cleansing your Aura.
Spray 3-5 sprays over your head and allow to float dow ontop of you as you breathe in deeply and the only affirmation needed is thank -you OR you may wish to use a few below

For a Room Clearing.
Spray around doorways and windows, each cnr of the room and in the middle of the room to finish.
In a house cleasning start at main entry then all entry points back doors and side doors that lead outwards.
Then inward spray above the inside doors and in the middle above each window.
If you wish you can then go to cleanse each room as well, by doing all corners, cupboards and finishing with the middle of each room to balance.
