Nourish Day Spa Terms and Conditions

1. Nourish reserves the right to change prices without notice.
2. All bookings require a 50 percent at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations including Mobile Service request 48 hours notice minimum fora full refund, noshows incur 100% fee.
4. Arriving 10mins prior to your appointment time to fill in any client/treatment cards. The full treatment fee will apply for late arrivals
5. Guests are asked to refrain from using mobile phones in the day spa.
6. Pregnancy: please inform staff prior to your session, to ensure you are choosing the most suitable treatment to your needs.

Gift Certificates

1. Certificates must be redeemed by the expiry date.
2. Certificates will be deemed void if notice of cancellation of a booking is not received at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time, or the holder of the certificate fails to arrive at the appointment.
3. Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
4. Gift Vouchers are redeemable Monday to Saturday and not valid Sunday and Public Holidays.
5. Certificates are transferrable and can be redeemed for retail products.
6. Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Promotional Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year for the treatment purchased, then they revert to the value of the certificate for years remaining.
7. Expired certificates hold no value.
8. Certificates are not refundable.
9. Specials purchased as Spa Gifts Voucher only valid for the treatment purchased.
10. Price changes can occur due to price increases and packages changes. Please be aware there could be an extra charge.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50 percent charge will apply for cancellations less than 48 hours notice and a 100 percent charge will apply for cancellations with no notice.

At Nourish Day Spa the security and privacy of your personal information is very important.

Nourish Day Spa will not sell or share your information with third parties. Nourish Day Spa will not disclose your personal information to any organisation or individual except as required by law. Nourish Day Spa follow generally accepted industry standard to protect your personal information.
